  • Our address is Unit 2, Canalside Industrial Estate, Tramway Road, OX16 5FA.

    As you come over the tramway bridge we are the very first right, this turning is between the flats that sit on the canal and the Samuelson house. If you follow the road down you will make it to our estate. Our estate is a newly built estate with 3 unit on it.

  • Yes we do offer student discount, this will give you 20% off all memberships.

  • We have loads of parking available, including 3 disabled bays. All parking is completely free for EP Gym users.

  • Yes we have FREE WIFI, this means you can watch your favourite show while doing your cardio.

  • All of our changing rooms have had recent renovations to make them as practical as possible. Changing rooms have x1 toilet, x2 shower cubicles, LED mirrors, benches and lockers. The women's changing room also has a 2 person vanity unit, so you can sit and do your hair and makeup if needed.

  • We have over 50+ pin and plate-loaded resistance machines. We have a vast array of cardio equipment including the fan favourite STAIR MASTER of which we have 3. Our equipment is a mix and match of many brands some of these brands include Concept 2, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Watson, Eliko, Stairmaster and equipment with torque arm technology.

  • To suspend or cancel:

    1. Open the EP Gym app.

    2. Tap My Account.

    3. Click the top right Icon

    4. Go to Memberships.

    5. Select the membership you wish to suspend or cancel.

    Important:

    • Memberships require a 30-day notice period, which starts from your Direct Debit date. An Addional charge may be taken.

  • We have a whole supplement shop in our reception area. We stock protein, pre-workouts, vitamins, amino acids, creatine and MUCH MUCH MORE...

    We also have a vending machine available for that pre-workout energy and then post-workout shakes.

  • Conduct & Behaviour

    • Respect all members, equipment, and staff – no exceptions.

    • Harassment (Any) = contract terminated.

    • Leave your ego at the door.

    • Keep noise (grunting, shouting, swearing) to a minimum.

    • Theft = contract terminated.

    Equipment Use & Cleanliness

    • Do not drop weights.

    • Any damage to equipment that occurs you will be liable for.

    • Return all equipment to its correct place.

    • Clean up all mess – sweat, spit, chalk, blood, dirt, vomit, etc.

    Access Control

    • Exploiting our access control (including jumping the turnstile) = contract terminated.

    • Allowing unpaid members access to the facility = contract terminated

    Facilities

    • Keep toilets, showers, changing rooms, and the recovery suite clean and tidy.

    General Rules

    • No under 16s.

    • No animals.

    • T-shirts/vests must remain on at all times.

    • No barefoot training.

    • Wear appropriate gym clothing at all times.

    Warning System

    First Offence: Written warning issued.

    Second Offence: 1-week suspension.

    Third Offence: Contract terminated.
